A word from Penny Harvester Alelia Moore
We gathered pennies at P.S. 269 and it was a competition. All classes competed and made their best efforts to raise the most pennies between their fellow classes.
To me, The Penny Harvest Field shows how many kids want to help others. The Penny Harvest Field will have all of the pennies that we students brought in. Each penny means there is some kid out there that wants to help others. I am glad to be one of them and also glad to being going to Penny Harvest Field.
