Come to the Penny Harvest Field at Rockefeller Center December 10-31, 2007
This year, for the first time ever, all the pennies our students will collect - an estimated 100 million pennies! - will be displayed in a monumental installation at Rockefeller Center, at the Penny Harvest Field.
The installation will be on view December 10th-31st, and will serve to thank New York’s children for their generosity and community involvement over the past 16 years.
Be sure to visit the penny field in December. Throughout the month we will have a special section of our website devoted the Penny Harvest Field. Be sure to check www.CommonCents.org regularly to keep up-to-date on what’s happening, and learn how to support our city’s youngest philanthropists.
